Our project management team excels in managing and coordinating projects from kick-off to delivery. Project managers use their leadership to coordinate specialists allocated to the project.
Project Management comprises the administrative and facilitation steps and tasks performed to support a project. The purpose of Project Management is to organize and initiate the engagement, manage the project in process and bring the project to closure. A work plan is prepared to identify specific project processes, deliverables, resources, timing and fees. Resources are secured and the project teams are oriented and trained. Administrative processes are implemented to document and manage work throughout the project. Client satisfaction and project quality measures are implemented and the client is oriented to the probable organizational impacts that the system and process will result in.
Project Planning
Fusion takes part in the preparation of the offer and drafts the project planning. This planning will later on be refined as we gain a deeper understanding of what the customer wants to achieve with his Internet venture. The final project plan is presented and approved during the kick-off meeting. The project plan determines the resources allocated to the project and schedules the tasks. It shows the man-days needed per task and/or project. Based on the project plan, Project Managers will prepare the necessary briefs for internal information transfer and also prepare the work orders and book the resources.
Once the project is launched, we meticulously track every stage of the project against the project budget and the project resources agreed upon with the customer.
They conduct project analysis, preparation, planning, scheduling, budgeting and invoicing. They manage and allocate resources, conduct tracking and reporting of activities (including internal and external progress reports and post-delivery analysis), and above all, maintain regular relationships with customer project team.
