Four-Phase Process - Strategy/Project Planning

Fusion Technology Partners, LLC Four-Phase Process™ consists of:

To build solution that achieve optimal results and meet the needs of our Clients, it is necessary to develop an in-depth understanding of their business, industry, target audience and brand. Our thorough comprehension of these elements impacts upon both our customers' experience on the site and the technology required to make it happen.

During the Strategy and Project Planning phase, there are three distinct activities that take place: Requirements Analysis, Project Planning & Management and Technology Infrastructure Analysis and Preparation. These activities will allow the project team to determine the feasibility of the project as well as enable proper planning and estimating the work effort.

As part of the project definition, we meet to finalize the Requirements Analysis section of Phase I of the project. Then we design a Requirements Analysis that will be used in the Strategy and Project Planning and System Design process.

Using the project's requirements matrix as the cornerstone of this phase, we develop a project plan.

After this phase is complete, a project review meeting is held to present and review application functionality and potential workflow. At this first checkpoint, Fusion and the client team review the project scope and make any adjustments necessary to ensure the on-time delivery of the project.
