Four-Phase Process - Analysis/Solution Design

Fusion Technology Partners, LLC Four-Phase Process™ consists of:

In Analysis and Solution Design we begin to create and architect the application. We incorporate the insights gained about the user in the Strategy phase to create an information architecture and user interface that supports both the end goal of the user and the business requirements of our Clients.

During the Analysis and Solution Design phase, we develop a detailed design that will serve as a baseline for the appication's development.

During this stage in the process, the project team defines how the application functionally can be implemented to meet the business process as outlined and prioritized in the previous stage. Additionally, requirements for the customization and future features are documented and agreed upon with the appropriate client personnel.

Our approach to this stage is for the project team and client representatives to conduct a “conference room pilot/prototype” where standard functionally is reviewed online and enhancements or customizations are scheduled for early consideration and completion.

Any required communication to other (back office) systems is also designed. Well define the communication method by which data will be exchanged between the application, other systems, the user interface, navigational methods, application security, and the system prototype.
